What a Week!!!

This past week has been quite the week. I have been busy playing catch up with a lot of stuff. I did my usual babysitting, I went to see my Grandpa and I had a doctors appointment. I have never felt like I have been this busy before not even with school. Regardless I got a lot done. I worked on a lot of projects that I have been meaning to do. I finished Judy's block and I am now researching ideas for Cobi's block. It's the picture on the left. I did the sunflower and the ladybugs along with the little flowers beneath them. The idea hit me one day. I decided to continue with the silk ribbon. I hope she likes it. I am preparing for my friend to come up this Friday so I am trying to finish everything that needs to be done. I am also trying to my cleaning done with. It hard to do when my mind

keeps getting sidetrack. Hopefully I finish everything by then. I also made a pillow cover for these pillows we had in our house. It was really fun. I only got one done and will finish the other tomorrow. I didn't finish because I got sidetrack with an idea with the extra material I had from the first pillow.I made a a tote bag and little bags for the inside. I made it without a pattern and I am so very proud of myself. I did not want to waste any of this beautiful fabric. This week I also got out the pool for my nephew. Its been way to hot here. Were in the mountains so you think it would be nice out but lately we have been reaching 90 degrees and above. Its awful its so hard to go outside to do anything. I feel like I am in Phoenix. So I decided that I would spend my days in the pool with my nephew instead of being all hot. I also washed my car today. There is a theme going on. LOL. I only go outside when I get to play with water. I haven't really done any hiking lately. It makes me sad. I guess its just to hot. I hope it starts to cool down because I am starting to get out of shape. I hope the monsoons come soon. Well I should go and pick up my mess from all these projects. Long time, no blog

I am back. Sorry about that I just didn't like my blog. I couldn't tell you why. I can be a bit of a perfectionist at times. I catch myself redoing things over and over again. This past month has been a bit hectic. I have gone to Phoenix twice. Once for my cousins graduation and the other for a 50th anniversary party. While I was in Phoenix I got to go see the Diamondbacks play the Red Socks. It was quite the game even though we lost. I got a phone call from my brother while I was in Phoenix I am going to be an aunt again. That was exciting news. On the bad side, I have been having some cysts problems these past couple of weeks and find myself staying in bed all day. What a waste of time. I can't wait till this whole ordeal has come to an end. On days that I feel good I go out into the garden and take pictures.I just bought myself a new digital camera its a canon Powershot A550. I like it a lot better then my old camera. It has so many different modes it crazy. I am going down to Pine tomorrow to visit my grandpa for fathers day. I am excited I like listening to the stories he tells about when he was growing up. My friend is coming up for the weekend this coming Friday I am so excited I feel like I haven't seen her in months. I can't really complain about any thing in my life god has truly blessed me. I am learning to look on the bright side of things. I picked up my first book in about three months and I can't I ever stopped. I had more fun with my book then I do with T.V. I have seen a lot of movies lately. Of course I went and saw Pirates of the Caribbean 3, Spiderman 3, and Shrek 3. They were all good in their own ways. Spiderman and Shrek I was not impressed by. But Pirates was amazing I have seen it twice. I am working on Judy's block and I am just about finished. A couple more stitches and I will be done. Then my mom can attack and I get to start Cobi's block. Then I am done with the "On wings of Beauty" RR. I can't believe it. I feel like I just started it. Maybe I shall do another sometime. But I don't know when. My next semester of school is pretty busy. Well I believe I have caught you up on my life so far. TTYL

Hi Everyone! My name is Angela.
A little about me:
I am 19 years old and a student at Northern Arizona University.
My major is Elementary Education.
I have been to Germany twice. (Thanks Mom and Dad)
I had so much fun. Truely a once in a life time trip. I am so thankful.
I like to go Hiking its a great way to calm your mind and relax a little. I use to play Softball and I use to Cheer for my old high school. I must say I miss Softball a lot more then the Cheerleading. I recently got into crazy quilting and sewing.
I started my own quilt.

I recently just sewed my very first skirt.

I am involved in a round robin called "On Wings Of Beauty". It's pretty fun and I have learned a lot.
A couple of years ago I got into Cross Stitching.

I have watched my parents for years and decided one day that I should try it. I enjoy it its amazing what you can create. My senor year in High School I took a Photography class. I enjoyed it alot.

The only bad thing is that it was film photography I am more fond of digital photography. One day I will get myself a nice digital camera. I babysit a lot. I enjoy little kids and think they are so cute. I babysit my nephew and a little girl named Madison.
